Quick Flip Laundry Room

This is a quick flip that my wife and I did on our laundry room. We gave it an update that cost us nothing! It helps that I am a painter and had some extra supplies around and we had some home decor that was crammed in a closet with some remnant fabric that my wife whipped into a curtain. Still, it was a fun free project. You probably have enough extra stuff around your house to do a quick flip too.

Bathroom update

My mom and I teamed up to tackle her bathroom which needed some TLC. We designed it with updates that add warmth and character to their cozy home. I scrambled to finish it in a week, but we both love how it turned out. Enjoy the before and after pics (click on pics to view larger images).

This Parade home from the fall of 2009 was more contemporary with its use of black accents and cool colors. It can be challenging painting black and white built-ins in the same room.
